HOLDING THE LINE
Deck 1 is now under the control of the Task Force,
largely due to you; however, Duvar’s forces are mount-
ing an offensive to reclaim the area. Take up posi-
tions, and prepare to defend yourself. Whilst you do,
Captain Razeg transmits to the 7th Fleet that the
left flank has fallen, and that the Razeg is leaving the
battle (deserves more than a court martial for that
if you ask me). With Captain Bogar moving to rein-
force the centre, your ship signals that it is moving to
secure you. Will you allow them to leave the centre to
come and protect you, or will you order them to stand
firm and defend the centre?
STORM THE BRIDGE
The other away teams have secured the transporter
room, but not before the remaining Cardassian forces
beamed to the bridge and took the transporters of-
fline. You need to fight your way to the bridge of the
USS Rolor, to where Gerrard is being held, and save his
life. Once you get there, you find a forcefield blocking
your path. Behind it, Duvar is preparing to kill Gerrard
while you watch helplessly! You need to find a way to
take down the forcefield, secure the bridge and save
the Fleet Admiral. Once you do, and your standing in
the middle of a smoke strewn bridge, Fleet Admiral
Gerrard with his dying breath puts Captain Berizls in
charge of the 7th Fleet. Berizls asks for your help, and
it’s up to you to agree or not.
ABANDON SHIP
As Berizsl takes command of the ship and fleet, he
orders everyone not on the bridge to abandon ship.
Your ordered to take the helm of the crippled ship
and, as you do, you order your own ship to keep its
distance and prepare to beam you out. You are given a
number of different choice here, and how you decide
to act may have a bearing on the rest of the mission.
Personally, with the immortal words of Worf echoing
in my skull, I decided that perhaps today was a good
day to die, and I chose to engage ramming speed and
take out the nearest Cardassian ship!
