a rule in which in-actives had 3 months or so before
they were kicked. A lot of people were on the fence
with this one with many pros and cons for bring it
back. It was finally decided that the idea changing
the inactive timescale would be looked into further
and discussed on the forums.
The donation policy was next on the agenda. Since
the donation policy had already been discussed in the
fleet meeting and the general census was that the
current policy was ok it was felt that it didn’t really
need to be discussed again.
Having allied fleet members in the new KDF 12th
fleet was next to be discussed, This was voted
against after people decided that it wouldn’t be a
good idea due to the fact that the new KDF fleet was
originally created for 12th fleet members because
the fleet felt that the the House of Twelve was not
securely managed by 12th command, having loads of
non 12th members in it. So command voted no
on this.
The next item on the agenda was the renaming of
the Logistics and Supply. as the newly pointed VA of
L & S, Vox announced that L & S shall be renamed to
Starbase Operations and that its focus will also be
changing to incorporate some of the new Starbase
fleet actions. All of command thought that this was a
great idea and wished Vox well with the change.
The appointment of a new VA for diplomacy was
discussed next. We confirmed that we had a few ap-
plicants which were Borg, Merlin, Taoron and Jega for
the position. It was agreed that each applicant would
be asked to PM D a letter of intent so that he could
then collate the letters then put up a poll for who
command thinks would be the best applicant for
the job.
The provision system was discussed by D and how it
would be changing. D briefed command on how a new
forum would be created and that each member would
have their own thread. In this thread there would be
a time stamp log on what they have had and when
they had it. Each division would be then responsible
for updating their own members to ensure it was
managed properly and that division command mem-
bers were also responsible for handing out the provi-
sions. This idea is to be discussed further and hope-
fully put into practice real soon.
The KDF provision system was discussed and it was
agreed by D that the provisions in the KDF fleet
would be handed out twice a month and not just
once a month. We would continue to monitor the
situation and act on feedback to make this better for
our Klingon members in the fleet.
